Returns

Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery of your item. We only accept returns of items in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Please reach out to our customer service team at contact@huggabuddies.com to initiate the return process. Requests initiated after 30 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.

HuggaBuddies are built to be loved for a lifetime! If you have ANY issues with your HuggaBuddies products whatsoever, please reach out to us at contact@huggabuddies.com so we can make it right. We stand behind all of our creations and are committed to providing you a premium experience. 

We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States. International, FPO, and APO orders do not receive free return shipping.

From the time your package arrives at our facility, it will take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Any item received not in new condition, will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.
