…and it is hard to make time for resetting, self-care and reenergizing.
That’s when a girl’s week is a MUST!
My sisters/SILs and my mom and I spent the week laughing, learning pickle ball, unloading all our problems and investing in aNashville showthat was the worst thing we’ve ever seen…but also the talking point of many conversations after.
I know we’re fortunate to have a family that loves being around each other and it’s not because we’re all on the same page.
We have different beliefs.
We have different political views.
We have different economic status’s.
We have different life styles.
BUT in the end we all have goals, dreams, fears, hopes and heartache and that’s where we show up for each other and relate.
Are we perfect at it?
No.
Was I hurt when no one but my mom wanted to share their
room with me?
Yes.
But here’s the thing –
What my mom has created in our home is what we hope to create in your home and it starts with quality time and intimate snuggly time when kids are young.
Snuggle with your kids every morning in ourMinkie.
Encourage imagination and play with ourstuffiesin the afternoon.
