Hi Marcia! We're so sorry to hear that your Minkies had any sort of flaws. I wish you would have reached out direcly right away so we could make it right - I'll send a private email so hopefully we can resolve asap. We stand behind all of our premium plush products and if anything is flawed or damaged, we'll replace it right away. With our minky Sleepover Backpack Blankets, sometimes what appears as a flaw is actually just some creasing from packaging and if you throw them in the washer and dryer (tumble dry), they'll fluff up perfectly. Additionally, some people aren't used to the way white coloring can show through the minky around the borders, this is due to the nature of the printing and fabric but isn't actually a flaw.
